Our product standard

We aim to source stock through trusted channels and assess products before they are listed or packed. Packaging, language, regional markings and print variations can differ between Pokémon TCG releases, so each product page should be checked for edition-specific details.

Condition and packing

Sealed products and cards are packed to reduce movement and help protect corners, seals and display packaging during delivery. Minor factory or transit variations can still occur, particularly with outer packaging.

If something does not look right

Keep the product and all packaging, take clear photos and contact us with your order number. Our support team will review the concern and help with the appropriate next step.
