Order processing
Orders are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Your estimated delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
Tracked delivery
When tracking is available, you’ll receive a dispatch email with the carrier and tracking link once your parcel is on the way.
Collector-safe packing
Sealed products and cards are packed to reduce movement and help protect corners, seals and display packaging in transit.
Delivery locations
Available destinations and shipping services are calculated from your delivery address at checkout. Duties or import charges may apply outside Australia.
Changing your delivery address
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We’ll try to update it before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
Delayed or missing parcels
Carrier scans can take time to update. If your parcel is outside its estimated window, send us your order number and we’ll help investigate.
